If I can see, you shop is in Latvia, and shipping to Belgium, must be VAT zero. But normaly only with Pickup in store, still VAT must be paid.

But I can check it for you if you provide me with admin and ftp login, you can put them in the site details tab.

And please also check if you installed/uploaded the ocmod from _extra_themes\OpenCart3.x.x\EU-VAT-Compliant-Journal3Theme-v2.2-ocmod.zip

About taxes - Regarding VAT, it should always be depending on which country is entered (Becouse we have OSS VAT system). The 0% VAT rate should be applied only if the correct VAT number is entered and the country of payment and delivery is not Latvia

I checked and found two issues, for some reason your PHP version does not contains BCMath library, so made a fix for that. BCMath is used for validating vat numbers with 11 check.

Second, the issue about the reset of reverse charge VAT is solved, for some reason at the validation point, the right country is not provided by Journal 3 default checkout.

Text "Reverse charge - VAT exempt" to this one: "VAT 0%", I saw you tried to use owc_euvat_english.odmoc.xml. I have re-enabled it and als added VAT 0% on line 34.

Answer: Please check this again, normaly when payment address is ok for 0% vat but when the package is shipped to you shop country, it stay inside your country, to normal vat must be payt. (option: Reset reverse charge VAT when shipping country is to store country).

If you still have another situation, please describe it, and I will see what is possible.

Hello, thank you, but still have some bugs with delivery address
In delivery address a lot customers do not understand that need to put again VAT code and then change legal address to delivery.

So we see the problem that VAT 0% is not applied if no VAT number is specified in the delivery address. Is it possible to remove this or somehow customize it differently?
The function that if shipping to our country reset VAT - enabled, it does not help.

all these thing you can see on new video (please see url attached to google drive), and possible to change text VAT 0% for all languages?

When vat number is not available in shipping but IT IS available in payment then shipping address VAT validation MUST be skipped and in this case keep 0% vat, I thought this should already work this way, but its not :-(

One day later :-)

I fixed the issue, now the vat 0% is not reset during entering shipping address.

I have added system/owc_euvat_all_languages.ocmod.xml for the VAT 0% text, please run modifications, because I couldn't access the admin any more.

Let me now if everything is ok now.
