I have made a fix in version 3.12 so that the Mb which is received from Vies (not MB) is changed into MB.

Dear Dennis, thank you for the correction regarding the 'MB' name. However, the issue persists with other company statuses, and I am attaching an example.

As I understand it, the problem is that the extension changes the capitalization of letters in the data obtained from VIES, even though it shouldn’t. In the attached example, the company’s VAT number is LT258777219. The correct data from VIES is UAB 'Gintarinė vaistinė', but the extension outputs it as Uab 'Gintarinė Vaistinė'.

There is also an issue with other data, such as street names. For example, VIES provides 'Erdvės g. 2', but the extension incorrectly outputs it as 'Erdvės G. 2'. The extension changes 'g.' to uppercase 'G.', although it should remain lowercase 'g.', as it is an abbreviation written in lowercase.

The point is that VIES data is inconsistent regarding capitalization. For example, my company name is Open Web Creations, not OPEN WEB CREATIONS. My address is Laan Van Wateringse Veld, not LAAN VAN WATERINGSE VELD, etc. Other countries Belgium and yoru country is ok with capitialization.

I made a fix so the MB and UAC etc will keep always the same. And for Lithuania also the complete address will not be changed.

Please download the same release version 3.12 again and upload system\library\owc\owceuvat.php .

however, this is not the right solution; all Lithuanian companies are displayed correctly in VIES, but the extension messes everything up. I understand that VIES provides incorrect data for other countries... is it possible to apply corrections based on the country?

Maybe I was not clear, please check https://demo2.openwebcreations.eu/index.php?route=account/register , for Lithuania country address and company name is kept as it is in VIES, no changes are made.

You are right, after your fix, it works perfectly with the Lithuanian database. The problem was on my side – incorrect extension settings; the data was being updated from the local cache. After updating the extension settings, I'm happy Thank you!!!
