It can be if you use a shared server more users are using geoplugin. Or maybe other extensions in you shop use geoplugin.

If you enter in the tab site details you website data, I can check it.

Another question we have is how we can reduce the entries in the log file.
Currently we receive a lot of logs about the IP/GEO service like the below:

Although, we have disabled it in the module settings (check the attached screenshot),

Is there any way the logs write only the entries related to VAT validation?

Disable Debug logging, then only info and error will be logged and that are not a lot of entries.

If I just disable it, I think that it will NOT write the infos related to VAT validation (as described in my previous message)

What we need is to keep entries about the 'Confirmation evidence log' (screenshot attached)

See opencart reports -> customers -> Customer activity, you see something like ...confirmed billing address with VIES vatnumber check in a new order....
