I checked the extension description and I don't understand why you want to use this extension. It seams like it can change the tax amount base on the product prices and tax settings, other words overrule tax amount. But in this module settings, you have only one rate % setting, most shop are ok with that but when you have forinstance low and high tax rates or for different country taxes.

My extension will check vat number and if valid it will make the tax order total value zero. I cannot say if there will be no conflicts and if any if the will be difficult to fix. Small issues I can always fix, otherwise I ask a small fee for making it compatible, like 40 euro.
