Resolved Backend blank screen / not accessible

Hi, after installing on 2.3.0.2 with journal 2.16.8, my backend gives blank screen.
Removing the module files will not fix the issue!
Need urgent help with this.

I re-uploaded the files: still not working.

this really is very important to be fixed

I sent you an email and solved the issue, it was another extension that cause the issue.
